receive the manufacturers' certifications and warranties on every fixture and
appliance.

After you move in, we promise to stand behind our product. when you have a
custom home built through Dragas Homes, you'll receive a ten-year warranty on
the structure, a two year warranty on all mechanical systems, and a one-year
warranty on everything else.
