Yes, because that's the only way we work. Dragas Homes is acting as your agent
in this project, but you still have to be involved in all decisions.

We'll do our best to save you time though. Virtually any amenity you could want in
a custom home is available directly through Dragas. Samples of the decorator
items and exterior and interior fixtures will be presented to you right here in our
offices. We won't send you running all over town to see them.

During the construction phase, we encourage you to visit your home site often.
We need your input on many decisions, such as what trees are to be saved during
the grading of your land. Remember, this home is being built for you - the way you
want it.
